Louise is our Client Relationship Manager at the Advantage Resourcing office in Manchester. It’s her job to ensure our clients are happy with the service we provide, and that the business is always on hand to deal with any queries relating to workers, payment, timeframes, etc.
Louise joined the team towards the end of 2022, coming to us from a background of recruitment expertise across Scotland – especially the Engineering sector. Bringing her acute knowledge of engineering with her, Louise has been integral to dealing with some of our biggest Engineering clients across the country – most notably Ferguson Marine in Glasgow, where she coordinates talent delivery and relationship management.
